Molly Harvey (Molls, Princess Molly 👸)

Area of expertise:
Strength. I mainly train for strength myself, and have the most interest and knowledge in muscle growth.
Favourite class to instruct:
Spin! It’s such a good atmosphere and not one person walks out feeling like they’ve not worked hard enough. However I think that will change to Booty Blast soon, my new class starting on Monday 22nd July …I will help you grow your behind into a total peach and add definition to your legs using a combo of body weight and weighted exercises. It’s going to be great.
What got me into fitness:
When I was younger I was quite a chubby kid. I got really insecure and started going to the gym. It grew into a passion, became part of my routine and my favourite part of the day so I decided to make a living out of it. I am currently doing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification as I want to widen my knowledge even further.

House music to keep the mood and the energy up.

I love that The Body Barre is full of members passionate about fitness who come to the studio because they want to be there, not just because they feel like they have to!
